Cherie and Art Andrews started with two hives on an acreage south of Calgary in 1995 and opened a shop near Okotoks in 2004. They added mead in 2007 and it has since taken over. The shop closed in 2023 and they now sell their award winning meads through their own online store and area liquor stores.
