Our mission is to provide a genuine and sustainable yoga practice that will continue to evolve the physical and emotional health of our students. At hummingbirdYOGA & wellness we strive to provide an inviting environment where students can develop a regular and deeper yoga practice. Our teachers are passionate about teaching and are always willing to take that extra step to ensure that no student feels left behind.

We encourage students to let go of self doubt, judgement and competition so that you can focus on your own transformation. humminbirdYOGA & wellness is a place where you can find solitude to heal on your mat but at the same time, receive support and encouragement to help you in your practice.
