At Pure Farm Fresh Alberta Inc., we proudly ship our handcrafted products — including Rich Valley Candles and Veterans Hot Sauce — from our Alberta farm using Canada Post Small Business parcel services. We use clear, flat-rate pricing based on weight and box size, with free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

📦 Shipping Rates (Canada-Wide)

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ or Flat Rate Boxes with full tracking and delivery updates.

All Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes have a maximum weight limit of 5 kg (11 lbs). Larger or wholesale orders are shipped by Regular Parcel™.

⏱️ Processing & Handling

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment.

• Custom or bulk orders may require an extra 2–4 days for preparation.

• Shipments go out Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

🇨🇦 Local Pickup & Market Delivery

If you’re near Sherwood Park, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, or Edmonton, we offer:

• Free Local Pickup (by appointment)

• Farmers Market Pickup (see our social media for current schedules)

Each order is carefully packed using recyclable boxes, honeycomb kraft wrap, and crinkle paper to ensure your candles and sauces arrive safely with minimal environmental impact.
We proudly reuse packing materials whenever possible.

1. Order Confirmation after checkout

2. Tracking Email when your order ships

3. Delivery Confirmation once Canada Post marks your package delivered
