1. Purpose
This agreement allows the Local Partner to store a small amount of Pure Farm Fresh / Rich Valley Candles inventory, provide customer pickups, and optionally display or promote products in their location.
This program helps reduce shipping costs and supports local businesses.
2. Responsibilities of the Local Partner
The Local Partner agrees to:
• Store a small, agreed-upon quantity of inventory in a clean, safe, indoor area
• Provide customer pick-ups during normal business or home hours
• Notify Supplier when inventory is low
• Handle items with reasonable care (no liability for manufacturer defects)
Note: Partner is not required to sell items directly—just store them and hand them out when needed.
3. Responsibilities of Pure Farm Fresh
Pure Farm Fresh agrees to:
• Supply all inventory at no cost to the Partner
• Replace and restock items as needed
• Promote Partner’s business online, including:

Mentions on social media

Optional co-marketing posts featuring Partner’s business
• Provide instructions for customer pickup when orders are placed
• Manage all payments and customer service - Listed as local partner
4. Commission
The Local Partner will receive a commission for every order picked up from their location.
Commission Rate: ____20____ % or $________ per pickup
(Paid monthly or quarterly)
Partner is not responsible for collecting payment from customers.
5. Inventory Ownership
All inventory remains the property of Pure Farm Fresh until picked up by customers.
Partner does not purchase or own any stock.
6. Term & Cancellation
This agreement begins on the date signed and continues on a month-to-month basis.
Either party may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice.
7. Liability
Local Partner is not responsible for:
• Damage caused during shipping
• Manufacturing defects
• Customer disputes
• Losses due to product recalls or returns
Local Partner is only responsible for reasonable care of products in their possession.
