Pure Farm Fresh Return Policy
At Pure Farm Fresh, we take great pride in offering high-quality, farm-fresh products and handcrafted goods. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have the following return policy in place:
Non-Returnable Items
- Food Products: For health and safety reasons, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Partner Vendors
Some of the products available at Pure Farm Fresh come from independent vendors. If you purchased an item from one of our partner vendors (excluding food), please refer to the individual vendorโs return policy for details on exchanges or returns or email us at info@purefarmfresh.com.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Food Products: Due to health and safety regulations, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an eligible item, please email customer service at info@purefarmfresh.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging along with the provided return form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the date we receive your item for your return to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@purefarmfresh.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
